This week has been an awesome week! The beloved man returned from a month away on the 25th June so I've had him all to myself for a whole week! Alas he goes away again on Wednesday but I shall survive. I have eaten pretty well, and managed to make up for the dinner at the Italian restaurant that I took the man to for his birthday.
I lost 1.4kg this week which brings me back to 108.9kg which is still higher than I was, but I am totally back on track!
I rode Bert the bike 16km this weekend, and unlike last Monday when my butt was a miasma of pain I can barely notice this week! Yay! I also rode most of the way to the office I'll be moving to in a couple of months (had to turn around as the boy was running and started to get tired), so I know for certain that when we do move I can ride to work without drama - all that extra exercise, how awesome!
I have a salad for lunch today which excites me greatly as it has fetta & rocket & baby spinach & boiled egg & cherry tomatoes, and I also have a home-made 4.5 point chicken pie which will be most tasty. Go healthy me!
Ooh, almost forgot, I went to my first personal training session at Fernwood this morning which was pretty good. I think I may change my membership to include the training sessions as the PT pushes me a lot harder than I push myself.
